I favor Dan Brown, Harry Potter, and His Dark Materials. (The upcoming movie, The Golden Compass, is an adaptation of the book also called the same thing, and that is part of the His Dark Materials trilogy. Very interesting read)

To be honest, I like the Little Prince most! It's really a good novel! Even though I have read the Chinese Edition,I enjoyed reading the Little Prince!

I think I am too old to read it.

But I can`t make me enjoy it.

And it theach me many knowledge that I have never heard before.

Being controversial's only the least of Da Vinci's Code problem. The WRITING style is just horrific! The plot is far too predictive and the characters lack depth - if any to begin with. It shouldn't even be considered literature. I felt like watching a Hollywood movie when I was reading the book and certainly no re-reading value.

"Matilda"'s a classic. Try all of Roald Dahl's book. :p

Dan Brown is a good writer.I like his novel,too.But I am not good at English......So......I would read translative novel.

Quite a good novel series. Tense, fast, and exciting.

Ahhhh - good old, George Orwell. I remember reading "Animal Farm" when I was like 12. Scared me to death but at the same time, I loved it - especially towards the end. I find the point he was trying to make so true.
