It's a thriller/drama and it is about the cultural scene of East Berlin, monitored by secret agents of the Stasi, the GDR's secret police. It stars Ulrich Mühe as Stasi agent Gerd Wiesler, Ulrich Tukur as his chief officer Anton Grubitz, Sebastian Koch as the playwright Georg Dreyman, and Martina Gedeck as his lover Christa-Maria Sieland. and it won the 2007 academy award for best foreign film!

Ans: Still not 100% sure what you're trying to say but answering, according to my assumptions, I guess the answer is Taiwan's society is fairly homogenous. The fact a person who speaks a different language or slightly look different in terms of the way they dress (people raised eyebrows when my cousin and I walked down the street wearing just SLIGHTLY low cut shirts that's considered the norm here in Australia) can turn heads say quite a lot about the society. However, is that a valid answer? No - I don't think so - seeing I don't even know what the question is. I guess a better answer is just ,"42". :p

Answer to your other question: I think the taiwanese education system is not international enough. That's why when it comes to foreign relationships there seems to be little knowledge.
