leiwine 10 發表於 April 15, 2008 檢舉 Share 發表於 April 15, 2008 文明以後，女人權利越來越大了吧，好多國家都有女總統，古代，女的都是不可以離婚的，只有男的給休書才可以離。我這裡指的文明是指『古代』，女權運動要在近代才有令外古代女子休夫是準許的，例如『覆水難收』的成語就是這個例子 漢代的道德規範很鬆，女子改嫁的也在當代很常見，姓氏也不一定傳自父親，姓母姓的還不少，儒家的規範基本上並沒有在當代有太大規範，儒家其實也沒那麼多堅持，也沒有根深柢固，漢代女子是可以主動提出離婚的。一直到宋代理學興起女子地位才受到嚴重限制壓迫，開始出現纏足等陋習出現，婦女的地位就大不如前。 鏈接文章 分享到其他網站
