【Question】About watching episodes online for free

I knew that US residents are able to watch free sitcoms online(CSI, Desperate Wives, NCIS...). But do you have any ideas for people living outside the US?

(prefer websites.)

I use Raza.

I can download the whole episode with DVD quality.

But I suppose it's illegal...

As a matter of fact, I could.

If I lived in the US, then I can go the www.cbs.com and go to CSI's official website and then "click" and enjoy full episode. That's one of the reason I admire those who live in US.

besides, ABC (www.abc.com) also offer this service. Famous sitcoms like desperate wives, lost, and ugly betty(I watch some online before, it was amusing XD)
