甜甜圈的滋味

不管是小時候或是現在,媽媽我都好愛吃甜甜圈~尤其是回憶起在英國吃的甜甜圈,雖然不是中空的,但是會有一層草莓內餡或是卡士達奶油內餡在裏頭,現在有了孩子的我,發現孩子們也似乎被甜甜圈的圓滾外貌吸引得不得了,也喜愛每口每口的砂糖甜味~常常進麵包店,甜甜圈也都是寶貝們的指定款!雖然每吃一口都知道吃進糖分與熱量,但就是忍不住下午茶或是點心的時刻一定要偷偷品嘗一個!甜甜圈的魅力簡單明瞭,砂糖裹在Q彈的麵包上就是這樣好吃,價格也總是麵包店裡頭最親民的那個!其實做甜甜圈真的不難,準備簡單基礎的材料~把麵糰揉成光滑,等待二次發酵,160度慢慢油炸,沾上砂糖,就是囉!
