Lysosomes are organelles containing digestive enzymes (acid

hydrolases). They are found in animal cells, while in plant cells the

same roles are performed by the vacuole. They digest excess or worn-

out organelles, food particles, and engulfed viruses or bacteria. The

membrane surrounding a lysosome allows the digestive enzymes to

work at the 4.5 pH they require. Lysosomes fuse with vacuoles and

dispense their enzymes into the vacuoles, digesting their contents.

They are created by the addition of hydrolytic enzymes

to early endosomes from the Golgi apparatus.

由紅字可知溶體是水解脢放進原於高基氏體的有膜腔室中

而且只有內共生系統(Endosymbiotic theory)的胞器是有RNA

而Endosymbiont裡面就只有粒線體和plastid

而且只有內共生系統(Endosymbiotic theory)的胞器是有RNA

而Endosymbiont裡面就只有粒線體和plastid

所以細胞內只有細胞核、內質網、粒線體、葉綠體是有RNA的?

補充一下:

色素體就是一種含有色素的胞器

照光刺激後,就是葉綠體

有RNA的地方

1.細胞核

裡面有一堆基因纏繞形成,其中RNA被製造/修飾的地方

(記得沒錯的話)rRNA會先包在蛋白質裡面

藉由這種蛋白質,與另一種形成核糖體

所以核糖體也是有RNA的

2.內共生胞器

這個算是演化的痕跡吧!

3.內質網

4.含有「核糖體」的地方→細胞質

Sorry 我有點誤解你的題意

我剛才又重新看了你的問題

RNA有分好幾種 主要的有三種(請恕我下面不引用來源)

Messenger RNA(mRNA),Ribosomal RNA(rRNA),Transfer RNA (tRNA)

mRNA 用作蛋白質合成的模板,如果DNA需要複製某種蛋白,會先轉錄(Transcription)成mRNA的形式,之後通過核膜上的核孔,進到細胞質中與核醣體結合並製造蛋白質。

rRNA是構成粒線體的成分之一,在變成粒線體之前會先聚集在核仁

tRNA則是攜帶特定胺基酸的載體,並且其上有補密碼與mRNA的密碼子 相接(蛋白質合成的這部分內容可參考Campbell)

所以說細胞裡面甚麼地方有RNA呢? 除了我之前提到的粒線體和色素體(尤其是葉綠體)

它們有其獨特的遺傳結構當作DNA使用(這部分的內共生理論請參考Wiki英文版)

還有就是關於蛋白質合成的RNA,在細胞核中的核仁、核醣體、粗糙型內質網(Rough Endoplasmatic Reticulum),再來你要說存在於細胞質也可以(因為tRNA在細胞質中再加上mRNA一直從核孔出來)

A spliceosome is a complex of specialized RNA and protein subunits that removes

introns from a transcribed pre-mRNA (hnRNA) segment. This process is generally referred

to as splicing.

RNA的修飾的確也是由 RNA proteins(snRNPs)所構成

所以細胞和整體來說都有RNA的存在

位置是不固定的

你要確實說哪裡有哪裡沒有實在是沒意義

再來就是B,C

B看起來像是核糖體,沒有問題

C卻好像是指內質網本身

內質網是什麼構成的勒?

所以C應該不能有

我個人覺得答案是BCDEFIJ

我之前一直把B看成溶體,才會問了奇怪的問題

很抱歉~

只是其它答案也怪怪的

課本的內質網都是連在細胞核上的

我一開始不知道C到底是什麼

D 核膜外膜應該也會有RNA才對

E核仁一定有

F核質應該也有才是

IJ葉綠體粒線體一定有
