well, i happen to be a person who enjoys reading a lot, no matter what language as long as i can understand it.

reading is not only a good way to enjoy your leisure time, but also an excellent way to improve your language skills.

i've been reading the harry potter series since i was 9, and i enjoyed being in the magical world so much i just didn't want to put them down!

Also, JK has influenced some of my writing. Though I still write by mistakes, I hope I would be able to write as fluently and humorously as she can in the future.

what do you like to read? talk about it!

I love Harry Potter, too. Both books and movies are my favorite. I even join the club named Harry Potter Fairyland. There are so many fans that you can talk with. I went to see the movie Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince this summer vacation with them. It was a good experience.

Well, I was fascinated with Chinese, Taiwanese and Japan literature.

Dream of Red Chamber is the first full-length novel I read as I was 8.

In my momory, I started to read Harry Potter when 9.

But I no longer love Harry Potter when I was 12 because I thought that was too common.

Now I just have done Camus' L'Étranger, and go on with reading Su Wei-zhen's novel.

I enjoy reading Classics and brick-like books of science.

I'm recently poring over:

The Hunchback of Notre Dame, by Victor Hugo, published by the mordern library

for the latter, I'm attacking: the analysis of BioChips (Chinese)

as well as: Biochemistry, published by Lehninger

ooh nice topic

i love adventure novels that go on for books and books.

the endless surprises and fantasy worlds, its a great outlet if you're bored

i've always had a problem with reading a anew book, i find that having to understand a new world with

their new rules, and new culture, new settings, uhh its just so exhausting

for example, you know, i was reading Lord of the rings after one of the harry potter worlds, and when gandalf couldnt reach for his sword, I was like "USE ACCIO!!....wait, no, that can't be right"

lol does anyone have the same experience?
