美食札記-水果奶昔

最近開始想要減重,朋友教了我個方法就是喝水果奶昔.

這樣一來既有營養,而且也可以瘦身唷!!!!

方法如下:

先將你要的水果切好或削皮後放進去.

我的話是用香蕉一根,草莓和藍莓,看個人喜愛放多少.

盡量選甜度不高的水果,例如蘋果這些的.

接著倒入牛奶進去打,話說我用的是不肥的那種,因此到多點沒關係.

話說水果本身已經有甜度的所以不用加糖.

好喝的水果奶昔就這樣出來了~~~!!

又營養又可以瘦身.

餓的時候來一杯,話說我建議各為晚上喝這代替晚餐.

因為早餐和午餐都很重要,最好不要不吃.

還有減肥最主要是要運動,因此有運動的話效果更好.

另外因為都是水分....所以會猛跑廁所.. XD
