"Have you ever been betrayed by your best friends? Have your close friends ever misunderstood you just because they've heard some ridiculous rumours?” tears fell. “Don’t cry, my child,” he opened his wings, “have you seen them?” he asked, and had them around her. “Why are they different than the angel’s, aren’t they supposed be white and bright with lights?” she gently caressed his black wings and felt the warmness of the feathers. “I was once the greatest angel up there in the heaven; but now, I’m a sinner, who’s not allowed to go back there. I’ve been betrayed by my dearest God and my friend, Gabriel.” he said. She could feel his anger and sadness by his warm voice and beautiful blue eyes. “Shouldn’t our God been kind? Shouldn’t Gabriel been affable?” she asked curiously. “Shouldn’t your friends always trust you, no matter what rumours have them heard from others?” he asked. There were several minutes of silence before he talked. “Do you know the meaning of my name ‘Lucifer’?" he broke the silence. “No, I don’t believe in Jesus Christ, so I’ve never got a chance to read the Bible.” She saw his pride brightening his gloomy beautiful face, wile he mentioned his name. “It means ‘Morning Star’ in Latin. Yes, I was once the brightest star in heaven; and now the darkest in hell.” he said, with full of hate, “I promise, in the name of mine, will be back and have them been pulled down here, and have them feel the fire of Devil!” tears felled. “It was a memory with full of pain, isn’t it? Just like mine.” she held him with her hands. “Not really. What you have already experienced have hurt you the most, maybe made the deepest cut right on your heart; but, at least they were rumours, arguments, and the betrayals of your friends. At least, you have two true friends supporting you, not believing those rumours.” he held me back, seemed like he was about to give me all of his power to reborn in his arms. “There is no need to fear, because they are those who need to fear.” beside her left ear, he whispered. “Shouldn’t I keep on trying to explain those rumours?” tears fell. “No, in the name of mine, they will recognise the truth, 'you just need more time', as your homeroom teacher told you last day.” he whispered. “Shouldn’t I punish the one who spread the lies right in front of my eyes and those whom believed her phrases?” her voice trembled. “No, just let her keep on spreading those lies.” he whispered, with a little bit of laughter, which made him look like a real angel. “Why?” she couldn’t understand. “Just give it to the justice; she will know how much she has to pay for her stupid actions.” “But how……” “Hush, and those who believe her phrases will know how stupid they were to believe her, and also will soon been punished, just as those who insulted you.” he stopped for a second, “Believe me, we’ll see the final, as long as I’m here in hell, my dear.” he tightened his arms. “Yes, my Lord.” she smiled. 鏈接文章 分享到其他網站
