Liberty of mind

Recommended Posts

Once you’ve tried to control me, you’ll lose me and I’ll die.

Cause I’m nothing like you’ve known.

I’m alive, a living organism.

Like no other has lived before, nor anyone would be the same in the future.

I am me, myself. Not someone ideal that you’ve got in your dreams, or to follow your every thought.

I am me, myself. I have feelings and I don’t see why my moves can be predicted.

I am a singularity, an isolated mind, things combine, exterior and interior messages are shown,

But only a fool would think that he knew what I can see and interpret.

So if you’re trying to make me follow your every order, led the life you wanted,

Then I guarantee this is a chronic suicide I commit.

I will die; cause I will never be a person that comes out of a factory, of a same mold

Being the same gives no freedom, like water in a tube, without alternatives it’s just chaos of the mind or a corpse.

So, my mother.

I’ve heard parent bore children and killed them, parents who breed children just to ruin them satisfying their lust of sabotaging something more useless than they are, parents who brought up children to fulfill the dreams they can never do, parents do it just for duty with no love going on.

I wouldn’t blame any of the children if they committed suicide, if that’s the only way to escape, cause that isn’t life.

Living is not living; everything is either blocked or totally laid out without resilience. Liberty was not present.

Would liberty be liberty if there wasn’t life? Would life be life if there wasn’t any liberty?

The latter is for sure. As for the former, I would indeed choose it if the only way I could leave the chains is without this solid being. Cite Patrick Henry- Give me liberty or give me death! (1775)
