【歐洲語文】(German) What Tomasz Schafernaker means in English?

as the title suggests, anyone know what this german name means in english? i guess Tomasz probably means Thomas, but how about Schafernaker? does it have its own english meaning as well?

Well, for your information, it is surely not appropriate (and not necessary) to use one's name other than transliterate it into a legible tounge...

But speaking of etymons, it surely makes sense. For your information, Schäfer (Schäferin) = shepherd.
