【討論】大家都是怎麼上英文課的?

在美國

英文課就像台灣的國文吧

非常重要的課

像我們

都是全班讀一本書

然後討論

比如說看書評

看改編的電影

老師講解涵義

介紹作者, 風格等等

如果是劇本的話還會有演戲或辯論

記得我高一讀羅密歐與茱麗葉的時候

我們還有開庭+辯論

審判的是羅密歐還是他的朋友什麼的

超好玩 xd

讀到威尼斯商人的時候也演戲

讀完一本再接一本

一學期下來唸了不少名著

另外還有教文法, 寫作, 生字啦

當然

還要寫一大堆文章......

大家的英文課是怎麼上的呢?

有什麼好玩特別的活動嗎?

其實我覺得討論的時候可以學很多

(雖然說很多時候也覺得自己在嘴砲 XD)

我們是看電影或漫畫 . 詩

然後為成圈圈 每一個人發表意見

上完一個單元後 就要考試

還有要自己寫劇本

讀書心得 是很正式的那種格式

某天就為了搞這個 我在學校留到快9點

總之我討厭英文課 xd

不過老師很有耐心

但是呢 學生都很討厭他 覺得他太無聊

我印象最深刻的是

我們這組在報告時

下面有人說話

結果報告的那個人 就叫說話的那個人閉嘴

結果那個說話的人拿書砸在報告的那個人

之後她們還打起來

互相抓對方 還流血

我第一次看到女生打架

覺得很精采 男生還去把她們分開

整個很像男人

為什麼台下的人要拿書丟報告者？

不過是要求秩序有必要那麼激動嗎？

拿書丟人的那個人是黑人

因為報告的人叫他閉嘴 但是他說他沒講話 為什麼要他閉嘴

報告的人又用很不禮貌的態度要他閉嘴

總隻就是小事 也不知到她們在激動什麼

那個黑人還把那個女生抓到脖子都流血了

"史上最激動之英文課" .......

這個 "特別" 的活動可真是出乎意外阿 = ="

英文課做很多報告倒是真的

有時候

感覺很像小學生 XD

到台灣會變成白目

可是不知道位什麼我看人家在白目 我會一直笑

可是在台灣我都笑不出來

Hmmm - well, nothing interesting really in my English class. We sometimes have debates - those can get funny, especially when the Debating team's there (our school keeps winning the high school competition. The best was when we were against a boys school and the topic was "A woman's place is at home." - we were the affirmative - and we won!)

We mostly just have discussions in class, sometimes we might have plays. Yeah, basically very similar to evenstar's descriptions. Our school do provide special occassions where they take people to watch operas at the Opera House.

By the way, which Shakespeare did you guys learn? We have to learn one Shakespeare an year since 7th grade. This makes it Mdisummer's, Julius Ceasar (this was in yr 8. The school decided it was too hard and changed it to 12th Night for later years), Merchant In Venice, Romeo and Juliet, Othello and finally, King Lear for our HSC. (I loved King Lear - we went to many plays and productions during that year to see the different interpretations). The only thing Australia (or my school) didn't concentrate on is grammar. This is actually one of the debates right now in Australia. Australian schools are hardly taught any grammar (the only time I remember being taught was yr 6) and so we all have horrible grammar. It's not cool.

death of a salesman.... it's pretty good, the curcible is pretty good as well :)

there's a book is called Eragon, it's so amazing, ya'll= you all need to read that.

11年級念過the great gatsby

我朋友還給我大陸的中文版的 當初英文很爛...

現在在college..上學期也有唸這本書@_@ 真是爽到...不過也覺得沒那麼難了
