酸白菜餃子的食譜

食材-餃子皮一斤、酸白菜約500g、豬後腿肉一斤、蔥5支、薑末少許

調味料-醬油3大匙、香油2大匙、鹽巴少許、胡椒少許 

步驟:

  • 切蔥花
  • 切薑末
  • 酸白菜擠乾水分後切細丁
  • 再放入豆漿袋將水分擠乾一點
  • 將豬絞肉、酸白菜、蔥花、薑末拌勻
  • 加入醬油、香油、鹽巴、胡椒調味
  • 攪拌均勻
  • 餃子餡完成

包水餃步驟

  • 餃子皮稍微左右拉一下,放上餡料
  • 外圈抹上一點水
  • 中心先捏起,左右兩邊打褶子
  • 捏緊即可
