我先算第二題

第一題...我等我精神比較好的時候再算...

因為有水平切線在x=2

所以f ' (2)=0

以下方法利用"不定積分"

f " (x)=2x

f ' (x)=x^2+T....利用f ' (2)=0....求得T=(-4)

f (x)=1/3x^3-4x+C....因為過(2,0)所以帶入....得C=16/3

故函數f=1/3x^3-4x+16/3
