民國60年前，中國是指中華民國，我們在聯合國會議的桌子上是寫China，民國60年後，中國是指中華人民共和國，可是聯合國會議的桌子上還是寫China。總不能有兩個China吧，所以我們是在被趕出來前自己宣布退出。
