芝麻培根炒飯、美味炒飯

炒飯加培根好吃,炒飯加芝麻好吃。很簡單,但味道獨特而美妙。

原材料:榨油機

培根150克,芝麻20克,菠菜300克,香菇450克,過夜飯500克,雞蛋2個。

配件:

大蒜,胡椒,紅酒和鹽。

準備工作:

1.用開水將香菇和菠菜燙至切塊,再將菠菜切塊,將香菇換成小厚片。家用榨油機

2.將蒜瓣切成蒜片,培根切成小塊,將過夜飯打碎,將雞蛋敲入碗中,打碎備用。

練習步驟:

1.將炒鍋加熱,加入油,加入蒜片和培根爆出香味,放入紅酒中煮熟,翻炒均勻。

2.加入香菇、菠菜、芝麻一起炒,加入胡椒粉和3克鹽,翻炒均勻備用。

3.另一個炒鍋,燒油,油溫高,牛仔褲推薦倒入散米飯,將米飯炒熟後再倒入雞蛋。

4.用中慢火將米飯慢慢翻炒,使每粒米飯包上一層蛋液(這一步最好用筷子翻炒)。

5.倒入炒好的配菜,用大火翻炒均勻,加鹽6克,翻炒均勻後煮熟。

再說兩個字:

這種炒飯味道很濃。蛋液包在米飯上,色澤金黃漂亮,味道很Q。芝麻偶爾會迸發出驚喜的香味。

2.大蒜在這裏是必不可少的,牛仔褲推薦它能讓培根的香氣更加濃郁。
