烤餅油條

油餅、油條屬於油炸食品,經過高溫油炸後,會吸收大量油脂,嚴重超標。煎炸時,不僅食品本身的營養會被破壞,還會產生致癌物質,既容易肥胖,又不利於健康旗袍洋裝

西式早餐

很多白領喜歡吃西式早餐,例如:漢堡,炸雞翅,炸薯條等等。儘管西式早餐很好吃,但是它的熱量卻比中式早餐要高很多。由於漢堡中的肉、雞翅或薯條中的油嚴重超標,食用後容易導致脂肪堆積旗袍推薦

早餐點心
